Mr. Carl H. Josefsson, Principal

Mr. Josefsson is a Senior International Investment Banker with a demonstrated history and experience of working in the financial services industry – Los Angeles, New York, Luxembourg, London and Stockholm. He is skilled in Private Equity, Asset Management, Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Development, Restructuring, Corporate Governance and Financial Advisory. Main industry focus: Hospitality, Transportation & Forwarding, Retail, Renewable Energy, Forestry, Private Equity, Real Estate and Technology. He has over 35 years of international investment banking experience. He has held the position of CEO and Head of Corporate Finance at Enskilda Securities, Inc., a registered Broker Dealer in New York, a previously wholly owned subsidiary of SEB, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, in Sweden. He was responsible for the M&A alliance with The Blackstone Group, as a Senior Managing Director, SMD, and was formerly a Director & Executive for more than 20 years at Enskilda Securities, the previous investment banking subsidiary of SEB. He started his career as a Credit Analyst with Hambros Bank in London. He is a strong business development professional with a Master of Law (L.L.M. – Jur.kand.) from the University of Stockholm, Sweden, and a B.Sc.BA, Ec. (DHS – Civilekonom) from Stockholm School of Economics.
